Big Time Clock - A Simple and Elegant Timepiece
Big Time Clock is a lifestyle application developed by Dave Truby, available on the Android platform. This free program is an elegant desk and nightstand clock that displays the time, date, time zone, and the next active alarm (if set). The clock's display is large and easy to read, making it ideal for those with visual impairments.
Users can touch the screen to dim the display for night use, and also easily adjust the night time dim level or set it to automatic based on surrounding light (sensor if present). Big Time Clock can be used as a home screen widget or added to the lock screen. It can also be run as a Daydream when docked. The application allows users to use their own photos as a background or select a background color. Additionally, users can select one of four font types and colors to customize the clock's appearance.
